ECL team has designed and built a small observatory with a 500 mm aperture telescope. The project was a part of the Sustainability Living Lab program with support from Chevron and the Office of Sustainable Development. NU Campus Observatory (NUCO) is located on the northeast side of the NU campus and is powered by Solar energy. One of the primary goals is to observe planets and asteroids and to promote education and outreach in astronomy.
